A little more sewing from the Japanese pattern book drape drape 2. The vest is shown on the front cover and was quick to make and is great to wear.
The pockets became the inspiration for a simple jacket design, only three pattern pieces, in charcoal merino knit.
I really wanted a garment that was easy to get on and off as my frozen shoulders are an ongoing problem and getting out of clothes can sometimes become a contortionist act!
